The Comfort Suites has dozens of rooms available right now for $129 a night! They have free wifi, free breakfast and a shuttle to the Grand! They are less than 3 miles away only a 5 minute drive.

How did the nearest hotel to the Grand end up with a bunch of open rooms???? I’m not sure, but I am glad I called the new manager and learned about the rooms. The CS changed management and I suspect that no one properly booked our group, so all the rooms outside the block got filled first and the hotel looked sold out – unless you specifically said “I’m with Gary Con”. Next year we are going to get links to book and make things a bit easier for everyone.
