Gary Con XVII – July Newsletter

Badge sales open on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 12:00pm (NOON) Central Time. Please make sure you are aware of the date/time/time zone to plan accordingly. 

As soon as badges are available for purchase, GMs will be able to submit events! That time again is Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 12:00pm (NOON) Central Time. 

There are some perks you might be able to earn by submitting events early. Check out our GM page to read about them–but be aware it’s really competitive for the “early bird” rewards, so you’ll have to be able to submit your events pretty quickly! 

If you want to be ready to get those events in as fast as possible, you can review the event submission process on our Event Submission page! You can learn more about the different fields you’ll need to fill in by clicking on them to read more about the field details.

You can also prepare by reviewing the GM Policies on our Policies page. 

We are beginning to select Gary Con XVII exhibitors and our goal is to finalize this process by the end of August.

Booth assignments start being offered mid-July, so if you’re hoping to be an Exhibitor in 2025, complete your application ASAP. Login on our TTE page, then click “Apply to Exhibit” found under the “Exhibit” dropdown menu.

Hotel blocks and bookings are set to open on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 10:00am Central Time. Remember to be aware of the date/time/time zone to plan appropriately. 

We will be getting our hotel page ready soon, but for now it’s pretty barren. On this page we’ll list some important info about our partner hotels that may help you better plan your trip to Gary Con–but that comes after the details are finalized. Remember to watch our newsletters and social media for updates!
