Gary Con XVIII – December Newsletter

In order for us to best coordinate the offered shuttle service, we need your help! We want to know what your shuttle plans might be—so we made a short GCXVIII Shuttle Usage Survey to help us do our due diligence. Please take 1-3 minutes to fill it out.

We recently added to this site to show which of our partner hotels will have access to the shuttles and/or trolley. We also added whether or not hotels had openings on our last check! 

We pride ourselves in exceeding expectations—to do this we keep our initial number of available badges a bit lower than expected game/table capacity until we’ve ensured the number of submitted events is adequate for the number of our expected attendees.

On January 1, 2026, after the release of the official GCXVIII Events Schedule, we anticipate adding a limited number of extra Silver Badges on TTE.

One of our favorite things about Gary Con is showcasing rising creators—so we’re proud to highlight Yoav Niv’s Lichseed Trilogy!

It launches on BackerKit during Gary Con in March and Yoav will be running an incredible 32-hours of back-to-back sessions. This will give players a chance to dive into the unfolding nightmare of Books 1 & 2 before anyone else!
