Parking at the Grand Geneva
All the information about parking at Gary Con.
On-Campus
For those staying on-campus, you can park near where you are staying. On-Campus means the Grand Geneva itself, Timber Ridge Lodge, the Villas at the Grand Geneva, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, and the Mountain Top Ski Chalet.
When you check-in, you will most-likely be issued a parking pass and asked your license plate number. The pass helps the parking attendants get you back into the lots close to your lodgings. Please make sure you have your license plate number correct.
Parking Costs
With Parking at the Grand becoming a little tight, the Grand has needed to hire additional people to manage parking.
To pay for this , they will be charging a daily parking fee which will be done online here at tapnpark/flexpark
We should see lots of signs and QR codes directing you to it.
The following are excluded from the charge and will be asked for their plate numbers ahead of time.
- People Staying On-Campus (GG, TRL, Villas, HICV) – you’ll be asked for your plate number by the Grand Geneva
- GMs running 12 hours or more who are driving in – that email has gone out
We’re working on trying to get additional exclusions with the Grand, but those are not ironed out yet. They are:
- Volunteers doing a certain number of hours
- Exhibitors driving in, looking at 1 pass per booth
Activating Pre-Paid Parking Pass:
- Scan QR code and sign in to your account
- Click “Use my FlexPark”
- Enter license plate
- Confirm license plate
*Please note: You must activate a parking pass each day.
Single Day Parking – Day of:
- Scan QR code
- Click “Buy Parking”
- Enter license plate and phone number click “Agree & Continue”
- Confirm license plate
- Select “Single Day Parking”
- Click “Checkout” and input payment information and click “Pay”
