Remember these important dates and times (all in Central Time), by adding them to your calendar:

• Sat., July 19 @ 12:00pm (noon) – Badge Sales Open + Event Submission Begins
• Mon., Sept. 8 @ 10:00am – Hoteling Opens
• Sun., Oct. 5 @ 12:00am (midnight) – Early-Bird GM Bonus closes
• Mon., Dec. 1 @ 12:00am (midnight) – Pre-Sales Merch Ends + Event Submission Ends*
• Sat., Jan. 31 @ 12:00pm (noon) – Diamond Event Ticketing Opens
• Sat., Feb. 7 @ 12:00pm (noon) – Platinum Event Ticketing Opens
• Sat., Feb. 14 @ 12:00pm (noon) – Gold Event Ticketing Opens
• Sat., Feb. 21 @ 12:00pm (noon) – Silver Event Ticketing Opens

GCXVIII Exhibitor Applications are open! Head to our GC XVIII TTE Site to fill out your application—just let us know your contact info, company details, and booth preferences to apply.

Exhibitor selections always start over the summer, but sometimes last minute changes allow people to get a spot later! It’s worth taking a shot and filling out the application if you’re interested in a chance at being a Gary Con Exhibitor.

Keith Baker, designer of the Eberron setting for D&D, and his spouse, Jenn Ellis, are Twogether Studios. Check out Glim, the newest game by these talented board game designers, now available on Backerkit.
