Wednesday (March 25, 2020)
Premier Badge Pick-Up: 2 PM for Diamond, platinum and Guests at Con HQs (aka Grand Ballroom Coat Check)
General Badge Pick-up: 3 PM to 8 PM All pre-registered attendees at Con HQs (aka Grand Ballroom Coat Check)
Gary Con Pre-Con Welcome Party! 7pm to 9pm. Join us on the second floor of the hotel outside the Swinghurst Room for some light snacks and refreshments- including FREE Spotted Cow while it lasts! Watch your favorite fantasy and sci-fi movies in the Swinghurst room until midnight.
Thursday
Theme: Sci-Fi Thursday. Show your spirit by dressing as your favorite sci-fi character.
GM Lounge Hours: 7:30 am to 7:30 pm refreshments and resources for GMs Only
Convention HQ: 8 am to 10 pm
Opening Ceremony: 10 am in the Grand Geneva Lobby. Join Luke and other members of the Gygax family as they welcome you to the celebration.
Artists Alcove: 10 am to 5pm. The Artists will be co-located in the Exhibit Hall for Gary Con XII.
Legends of Wargaming Presents! Chainmail Jousting: 8 am to 8 pm. Try your hand at the jousting rules designed by Gary Gygax and Jeff Perren. If you do well enough you will be called back to battle the Black Knight (a Gygaxia) for the championship on Saturday afternoon!
Exhibit Hall: 10 am to 5 pm
Diamond Dinner: 6-7:30 pm. Luke hosts the Diamond Badged attendees at a private dinner in the Chop House with select Guests of Honor.
VIP Cocktail Party: 8pm to midnight in the The Chaldea Room (aka Grand Suite). Diamond and Platinum Badged attendees are invited to relax and enjoy light refreshments including Next Door Pub Pizza, soda, beer, wine and selected hard liquor.
Movie Screening: 8 pm to 10 pm. TBD in GM Lounge (aka Loramoor A)
Friday
Theme: Fantasy Friday. Show your spirit by dressing as your favorite fantasy character.

Saturday—Hawaiian Shirt Day
Theme: Hawaiian Shirt Day! Gary Gygax was known for wearing his most stylish Hawaiian shirts at conventions. Join us by sporting your most colorful Hawaiian shirt in his honor Saturday!

Gary Gygax Lifetime Achievement Award Presentation: 2:30 pm in the Lobby. See who has earned the honor this year! Past recipients include Larry Elmore, Margaret Weis, Tim Kask and James M. Ward.
Charity Auction: 3 pm to 6 pm in the Grand Geneva Lobby Lounge
